We generally ship the next day or even the same day.  We only ship to US addresses, which are those in the United States.  If you want us to ship elsewhere, I'll be happy to send your money back.  With PayPal, an ECheck has to clear and will delay shipment 5 to 7 days, PayPal with Credit Cards, etc will ship ASAP.   We do get requests (most are more like demands) to ship it OVERNIGHT......  Let me know and I'll tell you what it costs.

Because of the nature of this publication, we cannot accept returns.  These books are bound with a plastic comb and cannot be shipped into a Federal Prison.  The mailroom will return it.
